Ben currently leads the Direct Service & Claims digital portfolio for US Consumer Markets at Liberty Mutual Insurance.  He works closely with his partners in Design and Technology to deliver a superior customer experience.  Previously, Ben led the Digital Marketing Analytics teams at Liberty responsible for media buying, measurement, and optimization across all digital channels. 

Ben also served as Director of Pricing and Packaging at Forrester Research.  Reporting to the Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, he created a best in class pricing practice from scratch, proactively identifying and driving new opportunities for pricing improvement, packaging excellence, and business model innovation.

Prior to Forrester, Ben was a Director at Simon-Kucher & Partners where he led projects focused on bundling, competitive strategy, and new product pricing in more than 10 countries.  He served Fortune 500 clients in telecommunications, industrial services, retail, consumer goods, and IP-based businesses.  He began his career in various marketing and sales positions for Altria and The Coca-Cola Company.  He graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.  He also holds an M.A. in Law & Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
